A busted bracket is the least of your problems if charged with a DUI

The NCAA final game will be held this coming Monday April 8th in Atlanta, but plenty of people in Arizona will be watching the big game.  Whether you have a busted bracket, or you still have a fighting chance, the final game will be an exciting and fun time for all sports fans.  It is also a great time to get together with friends either at your local bar or at someone’s house.  Of course it wouldn’t be a sports game without some appetizers and cold beers.  While you enjoy the beer, keep in mind your ride home: try to plan on a taxi or a designated driver before your start drinking.  If you do decide to drive home, you risk being pulled over by the local police agency, on the look out for post game impaired drivers.

If you are pulled over and have been drinking, be polite and respectful.  Being combative only makes matters worse.  Do not admit to drinking, and politely decline the field sobriety tests.  Request that you call an attorney, and call attorney Matthew Lopez at 602-960-1731.  Matthew Lopez has handled many DUI cases all over Arizona and is the best choice to help you fight your case to reduce or eliminate the consequences you face.

A DUI on your record can be detrimental to your current life and your future.  Do not risk taking on the legal system and the state on your own.  Get Matthew Lopez on your side to fight for you and protect your rights.  Contact Matthew Lopez Law immediately if you are charged with a DUI for your free case evaluation.
