Multi Car Crash on I-10 in Phoenix

Last Wednesday, a man in Buckeye, Arizona was driving his vehicle with his wife, mother and daughter as passengers.  The occupants of the vehicle allegedly got into a fight.  The driver of the vehicle kicked his mother in law and daughter out of the car, sped away from the scene and crashed into a Chevy Yukon carrying 6 people.  Five of the six occupants were ejected from the Yukon and suffered significant injuries.  The at fault driver, Ricardo Castro, is now facing criminal charges, including aggravated assault.

Matthew Lopez Law is a premier law firm that handles criminal defense and personal injury cases.  As a personal injury attorney, I have represented countless people who have been injured in a car accident.  While most of my clients were driving a vehicle when the accident occurred, we also represent passengers.  It is important for people to understand that passengers of a vehicle are entitled to just as much compensation for their injuries as drivers.  In this particular case, assuming Mr. Castro had insurance, each one of the passengers is entitled to compensation for their medical expenses and pain and suffering.  Even if Mr. Castro did not have insurance, we may still be able to pursue a personal injury case if the Chevy Yukon had insurance – this type of insurance is called uninsured and under-insured coverage.

If you or a loved one have been injured in an accident, call an experienced car accident attorney at Matthew Lopez Law to discuss your case for free.  My firm fights hard to ensure clients received the most amount of money possible for their car accident case and we will not ask for a penny from our clients unless we receive compensation from the insurance company.
