Chandler motorcyclist takes a deadly turn

A deadly motorcycle crash in Chandler on Tuesday reminds us of the dangers that motorcycle drivers face everyday.  The accident that occurred at Cooper and Germann was caused by a driver of a car turning right on a red into the intersection without seeing the oncoming motorcyclist.  The motorcyclist attempted to avoid the crash by laying the bike down, but emergency responders were sadly unable to save him.  The driver of the car was at fault and was cited.

Driving a motorcycle is a fun and exhilarating experience, but it does come with additional dangers.  Motorcycles are smaller vehicles and harder to see by drivers of cars and trucks.  They can easily be hidden in blind spots and other drivers often are more focused on looking for cars than bikes.  The family of the motorcycle driver is suffering the terrible consequences of these dangers, and should immediately seek out experienced motorcycle accident lawyer Matthew Lopez to collect the money that they deserve from the at fault party’s insurance company.  Matthew Lopez Law will fight to ensure the family is not left with any additional headaches and inconveniences as they work through this incredibly difficult time.
