We Can Represent You

In representing hundreds of clients for DUIs, I have received some of the same training that many of the police officers have received. I know when an officer does their investigation poorly, I know when there’s been an issue with breath or blood analysis, and I know what documents and which legal issues to argue to best help get your case dismissed. I have also found that on the weekends at the Salt River, the Maricopa County Sheriff’s office is overwhelmed with investigations; therefore, they tend to rush their investigations, giving me an opportunity to find loopholes to use in my client’s cases.
