Three People Injured in a Pedicab Wreck in Scottsdale Caused by a Drunk Driver

Early Friday morning, two Kansas State fans visiting Scottsdale, Arizona for the Fiesta Bowl were injured in a pedicab accident along with the driver of the pedicab. The two were getting a ride to their hotel from downtown Scottsdale when the pedicab they were traveling in was struck by a car. The driver of the car was suspected to be under the influence of alcohol and is facing charges for DUI, endangerment, and aggravated assault.  The victims were rushed to a local hospital were they are being treated for their serious injuries.

If you have been in a car accident, it is very important to hire an experienced personal injury attorney as soon as possible. As an experienced car accident lawyer, I have handled many cases where the at fault party has been charged with a DUI. Insurance companies are very unfair when it comes to accidents where their insured was charged with DUI, which is why it is important to hire a personal injury attorney who will fight for every penny you deserve.  Although I wish my clients were never injured, DUI personal injury cases can be extremely lucrative for my clients.  We are a highly regarded, incredibly experienced Scottsdale car accident law firm.  Each client is treated with the utmost level of respect and their case is given the attention it deserves.
