Charles “Chuck” Benaza
Biography
Charles “Chuck” Benaza is a U.S. Army combat veteran and a former prosecutor. After receiving his undergraduate degree in Mass Communications, Chuck enlisted in the Army where he served on active duty for over 10 years. After serving his country both at home and abroad, earned his law degree from the University of Arizona in 2019. After law school, Chuck served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Kellie Johnson in the Pima County Superior Court. In 2021, Chuck earned his LLM degree and was admitted to practice law in Arizona. Chuck began his legal career as a prosecutor with the Pima County Attorney’s Office where he developed invaluable insight and experience in a wide variety of criminal matters. After relocating from Tucson to Phoenix in 2022, Chuck worked as a prosecutor with the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office before joining our firm. Chuck applies the skills and experience gained from his military service and his time as a prosecutor to passionately advocate for his clients. Outside his professional life, Chuck enjoys riding motorcycles both on and off road, and spending quality time with family and friends.
